Business Case for the Sunshine Coast Airport n Master Plan (November 2009) The benefits described in the table above are set out in the graph below (note some benefit categories are aggregated): In consolidating the results for the overall economic appraisal, the total present value of all monetised benefits was compared to the present value of all costs to determine the ratio to which incremental benefits outweigh (or under shoot) incremental costs related to the project. To modify that analysis, alternative assessments are made for the present values of costs and benefits including and excluding terminal values of assets, and a range of other sensitivities, as described below. These consolidated results are shown on the following graph (noting that some categories have been aggregated or disaggregated from the results above).
