7. Project Budget
An initial cost estimate and long term capital requirements have been established for the
project. Funding allocations will be subject to SCRC budget requirements. The project
strategy has been prepared on the basis that the required funding will be made available.

7.2. Budget Allocations
The budget for the Feasibility Phase has been outlined in the 10 year capital plan (refer to
Consulting, development and construction) and consists of the following allocations:
· 08/09 - $250,000
· 09/10 - $700,000
· 10/11 - $700,000
Note that Gate 2 - Endorsement of the Amended Airport Master Plan, falls at the end of
December 2010 and therefore some of the budgeted funds for 10/11 will be required for
work on the subsequent stage of work which will be applying for approvals through to July
2012.
Allocation of cost estimates against the tasks required to be performed within the Feasibility
Phase are outlined in Table 1 Budget Allocations – Feasibility Phase.
