Key questions on Project Governance include:<br />

· What are <strong>the</strong> proposed governance arrangements <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> project? What has<br />

been used until now, and what is proposed between now and commitment to<br />

proceed, during procurement and delivery, during operations? Refer to<br />

Appendix B – Sunshine Coast Airport <strong>Master</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> – Project Implementation<br />

Strategy 2.7.3<br />

· What role is envisaged (if any) <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> Commonwealth if it contributes to <strong>the</strong><br />

project?- Refer opening statement in deliverability assessment, however as a<br />

significant partner in this project we envisage that representation from <strong>the</strong><br />

Commonwealth will be a member of <strong>the</strong> project control group.<br />

· Who are <strong>the</strong>y key stakeholders and what role will <strong>the</strong>y play in project<br />
