(h) (U) Class VIII Medical Supply. Identify <strong>and</strong> list medical supplies available for this operation.<br />

(i) (U) Class IX Repair Parts. Identify <strong>and</strong> list all critical shortage, repair parts, <strong>and</strong><br />

comm<strong>and</strong>-controlled items available for this operation. State the approving authority for controlled<br />

exchange of parts.<br />

(j) (U) Class X Material for Nonmilitary or Civil Affairs Operations. Identify <strong>and</strong> list material<br />

available for this operation.<br />

(k) (U) Miscellaneous. Identify <strong>and</strong> list any other available materiel <strong>and</strong> supplies not<br />

mentioned in the above subparagraphs available for this operation.<br />

(4) (U) Field Services. Identify <strong>and</strong> list key field services available during this operation. At a<br />

minimum, this paragraph <strong>and</strong> subparagraphs must contain the location <strong>and</strong> the responsible unit for each<br />

separate field service activity. Identify <strong>and</strong> list locations <strong>and</strong> operating hours for laundry facilities, shower<br />

facilities, clothing repair facilities, food services facilities, billeting facilities, <strong>and</strong> field sanitation facilities.<br />

Highlight field sanitation requirements for each service, such as water purification <strong>and</strong> trash removal. Post<br />

field service facilities to the logistics synchronization matrix <strong>and</strong> the overlay at Tab A (Sustainment<br />

Overlay) to Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment). Refer to Tab E (Field Services) to Appendix 1<br />

(Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

(a) (U) Construction. Identify <strong>and</strong> list available construction material. Provide essential<br />

information as appropriate.<br />

(b) (U) Light Textile Repair <strong>and</strong> Showers, Laundry, <strong>and</strong> Clothing Repair. Identify <strong>and</strong> list<br />

locations of showers, laundry, <strong>and</strong> clothing repair available for this operation.<br />

(c) (U) Food Preparation. Identify <strong>and</strong> list food preparation available for this operation.<br />

(d) (U) Water Purification. Identify <strong>and</strong> list water purification locations <strong>and</strong> units available for<br />

this operation.<br />

(e) (U) Aerial Delivery. Identify <strong>and</strong> list aerial delivery available for this operation.<br />

(f) (U) Installation Services. Identify <strong>and</strong> list installation services available for this operation.<br />

(5) (U) Distribution. Provide information about distribution support. Refer to Tab F (Distribution)<br />

to Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

(a) (U) Distribution Nodes’ Locations. Identify <strong>and</strong> list the location of distribution nodes<br />

(seaport of debarkation <strong>and</strong> arrival/departure airfield control group).<br />

(b) (U) Tracking Procedures. Identify <strong>and</strong> discuss the tracking procedures.<br />

(c) (U) Distribution Modes. Identify <strong>and</strong> list the various distribution modes: l<strong>and</strong>, sea, or air.<br />

(d) (U) Movement Request Format. Discuss the movement request format <strong>and</strong> processing<br />

requirements.<br />

(e) (U) Container Operations. Discuss container management <strong>and</strong> operations.<br />

(f) (U) Movement Control Responsibility. Identify units at each level responsible for<br />

movement control.<br />
