[CLASSIFICATION]<br />

ANNEX G (ENGINEER) TO OPLAN/OPORD [number] [(code name)]—[issuing headquarters]<br />

[(classification of title)]<br />

a. (U) Logistics. Use subparagraphs to identify priorities <strong>and</strong> specific instruction for maintenance,<br />

transportation, supply, field services, distribution, contracting, <strong>and</strong> general engineering support. Refer to Annex<br />

F (Sustainment) <strong>and</strong> Annex P (Host-Nation Support) as required.<br />

(1) (U) Comm<strong>and</strong>-Regulated Classes of Supply. Identify comm<strong>and</strong>-regulated classes of supply.<br />

Highlight supported unit allocations that affect engineer support (such as Class IV barrier material allocated to<br />

other efforts).<br />

(2) (U) Supply Distribution Plan. Establish Class IV <strong>and</strong> Class V (obstacle) supply distribution plan.<br />

State method of supply for each class <strong>and</strong> for each supported unit subordinate element. List supply linkup<br />

points. Identify <strong>and</strong> list all allocations of Class IV <strong>and</strong> Class V by support unit element by obstacle control<br />

measure or combination. Summarize in a matrix or table as necessary.<br />

(3) (U) Transportation. List any transportation coordination to include supported, troop movements,<br />

Class IV building materials, <strong>and</strong> Class V materials.<br />

b. (U) Personnel. Use subparagraphs to identify priorities <strong>and</strong> specific instructions for human resources<br />

support, financial management, legal support, <strong>and</strong> religious support. Refer to Annex F (Sustainment) as<br />

required.<br />

c. (U) <strong>Army</strong> Health System Support. Identify availability, priorities, <strong>and</strong> instructions for medical care.<br />

Refer to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

5. (U) Comm<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> Signal.<br />

a. (U) Comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

(1). (U) Location of Key Leaders. State the location of key engineer leaders. Designate the<br />

headquarters that controls the mobility, countermobility, <strong>and</strong> survivability effort within work lines on an area<br />

basis. Clearly identify release authority for special munitions, such as the Intelligent Munitions System<br />

(Scorpion).<br />

(2) (U) Succession of Comm<strong>and</strong>. State the succession of comm<strong>and</strong> or leadership if not covered in the<br />

unit’s st<strong>and</strong>ard operating procedures (SOPs).<br />

(3) (U) Liaison Requirements. State engineer liaison requirements not covered in the unit’s SOPs.<br />

b. (U) Control.<br />

(1) (U) Comm<strong>and</strong> Posts. Describe the employment of comm<strong>and</strong> posts (CPs), including the location of<br />

each CP <strong>and</strong> state the primary controlling CP for specific tasks or phases of the operation.<br />

(2) (U) Reports. Identify critical engineer reporting requirements of subordinates if not covered in<br />

SOPs. Refer to Annex R (Reports) as required.<br />

c. (U) Signal. Describe the concept of signal support as it pertains to engineer support operations. Refer to<br />

Annex H (Signal) as required.<br />
