(6) (U) Contract Support Integration. Identify <strong>and</strong> list key contract support integration functions for<br />

this operation. Identify the location <strong>and</strong> contract support unit responsible at each level. Identify contract<br />

support capabilities, limitations, <strong>and</strong> priority of support. Refer to Tab G (Contract Support Integration) to<br />

Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

(7) (U) Mortuary Affairs. Provide information about mortuary affairs support. Refer to Tab H<br />

(Mortuary Affairs) to Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

(8) (U) Internment <strong>and</strong> Resettlement Support. Identify <strong>and</strong> list the location <strong>and</strong> the unit responsible<br />

for each level of internment <strong>and</strong> resettlement operations. Identify all major capabilities <strong>and</strong> known<br />

limitations that may affect the operation. Discuss the procedures for internment <strong>and</strong> resettlement, to include<br />

transportation, field service, personnel processing, mortuary affairs, <strong>and</strong> health services. Refer to Tab I<br />

(Internment <strong>and</strong> Resettlement) to Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment) <strong>and</strong> Appendix 13<br />

(Internment <strong>and</strong> Resettlement Operations) to Annex C (Operations) as required.<br />

(9) (U) Labor. Provide information about contract labor. Refer to Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex<br />

F (Sustainment) <strong>and</strong> Annex P (Host-Nation Support) as required.<br />

b. (U) Personnel. Provide personnel information. Outline plans for unit-strength maintenance;<br />

personnel management; morale development <strong>and</strong> maintenance; discipline, law, <strong>and</strong> order; headquarters<br />

management; force provider; religious support; <strong>and</strong> legal <strong>and</strong> finance support. Post personnel services unit<br />

locations to the logistics synchronization matrix <strong>and</strong> the overlay at Tab A (Sustainment Overlay) to<br />

Appendix 1 (Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment). Refer to Appendix 2 (Personnel Services Support) to<br />

Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

(5) (U) B<strong>and</strong> Operations. Provide b<strong>and</strong> operations support information. Refer to Tab E (B<strong>and</strong><br />

Operations) to Appendix 2 (Personnel Services Support) to Annex F (Sustainment) as required.<br />

c. (U) <strong>Army</strong> Health System Support. Provide <strong>Army</strong> Health System Support information. Identify<br />

availability, priorities, <strong>and</strong> instruction for medical care. Describe the plan for collection <strong>and</strong> medical<br />

treatment of sick, injured, or wounded U.S., multinational, <strong>and</strong> joint force soldiers, enemy prisoners of war,<br />

detainees, <strong>and</strong>, when authorized, civilians. Describe support requirements for health service logistics<br />

(including blood management), combat operational stress control, preventive medicine, dental services,<br />

medical laboratory support, <strong>and</strong> veterinary services. Post hospital <strong>and</strong> medical treatment facility locations<br />

to the logistics synchronization matrix <strong>and</strong> the overlay at Tab A (Sustainment Overlay) to Appendix 1<br />

(Logistics) to Annex F (Sustainment). Refer to Appendix 3 (<strong>Army</strong> Health System Support) to Annex F<br />

(Sustainment) as required.<br />
