In the current study of short- to mid- term results of THA with severe acetabular bone defects,the composites have shown to remain stable in weight bearing conditions. We reported verygood results with use of these biomaterials in conjunction with impaction morsellized bonegraft. Osteointegration and good clinical outcome, evaluated according to the JOA score, wereachieved in all cases.
