0.04).Discussion:Although large diameter heads <strong>of</strong>fer biomechanical advantages, <strong>the</strong>ir use in total hiparthroplasty has historically been limited due to correlation with increased polyethylene wear.While highly crosslinked liners exhibit significantly improved wear resistance overconventional UHWMPE, <strong>the</strong>ir wear has also been shown to increase with head size [1].
