If the loans and advances repayable on demand are outside theapproved limit that was advised to the borrower, they are also considered as overdue.6 Non-bank Mainland China exposureThe Bank is a commercial bank incorporated in Mainland China with its banking business primarily conducted in Mainland China. As at 31December 2012, substantial amounts of the Bank’s exposures arose from businesses with Mainland China entities or individuals.
