INTRODUCTIONHeadquartered in Beijing, China Construction Bank Corporation has an operating history of nearly 60 years.The Bank was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2005 (stock code: 939) and listed onthe Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2007 (stock code: 601939). At the end of 2012, the marketcapitalisation of the Bank reached US$200 billion, ranking 2nd among listed banks in the world. The Bankhad a network of 14,121 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China, maintained overseas branches inHong Kong, Singapore, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Tokyo, Seoul, New York, Ho Chi Minh City, Sydney andMelbourne, and representative offices in Taipei and Moscow, and owned multiple subsidiaries, such as CCBAsia, CCB Financial Leasing, CCB International, CCB Trust, Sino-German Bausparkasse, CCB London,CCB Principal Asset Management, and CCB Life.
