Mr. Jin was deputy general manager of theaudit department of China Construction Bank from June 2001 to September 2004. Mr.Jin is a senior engineer and a Certified Information Systems Auditor and graduated fromJilin University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in computer application in 1986,and a master’s degree in computer application from the same university in 1989. Mr. Guowas a visiting scholar at the law school of the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong from January1993 to June 1993. He obtained his master’s degree in civil and commercial law fromRenmin University of China in 1986 and his Ph.D. degree in civil and commercial law fromthe same university in 1995.Dai Deming External supervisor Mr. Dai has served as a supervisor since June 2007. Mr. Dai has served as a professor ofaccounting department of Renmin University of China since June 1996, dean of accountingdepartment of Business School at Renmin University of China from October 2001 toSeptember 2010. Mr. Dai pursued his post-doctorate research at Hitotsubashi Universityfrom October 1997 to September 1999, and served as deputy dean of accountingdepartment of Renmin University of China from May 1996 to October 1997, and associateprofessor of accounting department of the same University from June 1993 to May 1996.Mr. Dai currently serves as an independent director of China South Locomotive & RollingStock Corporation Limited and Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.
