INTRODUCTIONHeadquartered in Beijing, China Construction Bank Corporation has an operating history of nearly 60 years.The Bank was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2005 (stock code: 939) and listed onthe Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2007 (stock code: 601939). At the end of <strong>2012</strong>, the marketcapitalisation of the Bank reached US$200 billion, ranking 2nd among listed banks in the world.
