(57) Abstract : The present invention relates to the method <strong>and</strong> equipment<br />

<strong>of</strong> wind power generation, specially in the wind-collecting power generation<br />

method <strong>and</strong> equipment <strong>of</strong> the present invention, the wind-collecting device<br />

<strong>of</strong> the power generation tower is used to guide <strong>and</strong> accumulate airflow, <strong>and</strong><br />

augment airflow rotation force <strong>and</strong> the arm <strong>of</strong> rotation force acted on the<br />

wind wheel to improve the power output. In the present invention, the<br />

guiding device is used to minish air resistance acted on the wind wheel that<br />

is against the wind; <strong>and</strong> empennage device is used to adjust automatically<br />

wind-collecting direction. The wind-collecting device is <strong>of</strong> arbitrary shape,<br />

<strong>and</strong> can be moved, rotated or shape-changed, <strong>and</strong> its inlet transverse section<br />

area is greater than the outlet one, so strong airflow can still be generated at<br />

the outlet to drive the wind wheel on the power generation tower under puny<br />

natural airflow. One kind <strong>of</strong> the power generation tower is fixed type; the<br />

other one can be moved from one place to another. The axis <strong>of</strong> the tower is<br />

perpendicular to the ground. The tower has a rotating curved surface or a<br />

cylindrical surface, <strong>and</strong> the electric power is generated by the rotation <strong>of</strong><br />

couples <strong>of</strong> or hundreds <strong>of</strong> wind wheels installed flatly on the tower from the<br />

top down.<br />
