(57) Abstract : The invention relates to a
sheet for making a heat exchanger, heat
pipe, grill or other structure. The sheet
includes a repeating three-dimensional
pattern on both surfaces thereof. The
pattern includes a plurality of tapered
projections and depressions arranged
around a substantially planar central
region with at least one of the projections
terminating in a substantially planar end.
The sheet is stackable with other like
sheets such that the planar end of the
sheet contacts a planar central region of
an adjacent sheet and a repeating pattern
of interconnected voids is defined
between the adjacent sheets.
