(57) Abstract : A built laundry detergent composition contains a combination <strong>of</strong> anionic, nonionic <strong>and</strong><br />

cationic surfactants which includes a highly ethoxylated nonionic surfactant which is a C8-C16 alcohol<br />

ethoxylated which an average <strong>of</strong> from 20 to 50 ethylene oxide groups. The cationic surfactant may<br />

advantageously be an ethoxylated quaternary ammonium compound. The composition exhibits improved<br />

oily soil detergency.<br />
