(57) Abstract: A stable aqueous liquid comprising a surfactant, a dispersed cationic polymer
particle and a small particle benefit agent. The dispersed polymer interacts with the benefit
agent, without need of an additional structurant to stabilize particles in solution. Further,
upon dilution, enhanced cationic deposition is achieved.
