(57) Abstract: A stable aqueous liquid comprising a surfactant, a dispersed cationic polymer<br />

particle <strong>and</strong> a small particle benefit agent. The dispersed polymer interacts with the benefit<br />

agent, without need <strong>of</strong> an additional structurant to stabilize particles in solution. Further,<br />

upon dilution, enhanced cationic deposition is achieved.<br />
