(57) Abstract:
The present invention provides a pipe unit assembly of a domestic water heater system which is made up of a
thermoplastic material using injection moulding technique. The main advantage of this unit assembly is that the unit
assembly is free from any wielding, corrosion, coating with nickel/chrome. This unit assembly resulting in faster
production of domestic heater and improve thermal insulation of the water heater.

with water flow ports and heater mount is made of thermoplastic material such as polycarbonate, polypheniloxide or
