PVA solution and pressing isostatically. The invention relates to a process for the preparation of
molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2)-reaction bonded silicon carbide (RBSC) in which melt of alloy
molybdenum and silicon are bonded by the bonded silicon carbide forming the duplex non-oxide
ceramic useful as a structural ceramic material.
