The present invention relates to a method for producing an immuno-contraceptive vaccine comprising<br />

the steps <strong>of</strong> isolating <strong>and</strong> preparing amino acid sequence comprising a peptide consisting <strong>of</strong> zona<br />

pellucida-1 (ZP1) shown in figure 3 mixing with the sequence with a pharmacologically acceptable<br />

carrier, <strong>and</strong> optionally an adjuvant such as herein described in a ratio <strong>of</strong> 4:1.<br />
