saline, bottle-D of chromosome staining solution, vial-A of hypotonic solution (containing 225 mg
potassium chloride), vial-b of 65 mg Trypsin, vial-C containing 5 ml sterile double distilled water and
polystyrene round bottom gamma-radiated culture tubes and literature containing detailed procedure and
human chromosome karyotype pictures for identification and this assembly is also work for pre-natal
chromosome isolation.
