BiRen, craft beers

The Brewery Renazzese BiRen was born in 2008 from the
passion for craft beers and the "respect" for the quality of
this product which is so widespread and at the same time so
sought-after. Over the years, the streets of northern Europe
were walked through, particularly in Germany, to search for
secrets and traditions of the most famous beers. Following
this path and thanks to the collaboration of a great Master
Brewer, craft beer of the brewery Renazzese stands for the
influence the most typical beer traditions had on it, elements
that can be found in every single bottle.
The entire production process takes place only within the
brewery in Dosso (Ferrara), and is tracked and monitored
personally and carefully from beginning to end, with the aim
of providing the consumer with a final beer of the highest
quality. All beers are obtained through a unique selection of
raw materials and fine malts, and meets all defined require-
ments. Craft beers produced are all "raw", which is to say,
unpasteurized and unfiltered; this is a prerequisite for the
quality of the product, and guarantees the consumer the
traits of a truly "artisan" product: full-flavored and authenti-
city. BiRen offers different varieties of beers that meet all ta-
stes, even the most demanding, but always without forget-
ting quality. BiRen certainly gets satisfactions for its work,
which has been given several important awards!
At the national competition "Beer of the Year",
Il Birrificio Renazzese BiRen nasce nel 2008 dalla passione per la birra
artigianale e soprattutto dal “rispetto” per la qualità di questo prodotto
così diffuso e al tempo stesso così ricercato.
Nel corso degli anni, sono state percorse le strade del nord Europa,
ed in particolare della Germania, per ricercare segreti e tradizioni
degli stili de birrai più famosi. In seguito a questo percorso “iniziatico”
e grazie alla collaborazione di un grande mastro birraio, la birra artigianale
del Birrificio Renazzese si distingue fin da subito per l’influenza
delle più tipiche tradizioni e per le componenti conoscitive, elementi
che è possibile ritrovare in ogni singola bottiglia.
Tutto il processo produttivo avviene unicamente all’interno del birrificio
di Dosso (Ferrara), ed è seguito e monitorato personalmente ed
accuratamente dall’inizio alla fine, con lo scopo di garantire al consumatore
finale una birra di altissima qualità. Tutte le birre sono ottenute
dalla selezione esclusiva di materie prime e malti pregiati, e rispettano
tutti gli standard di conformità del prodotto. Le birre artigianali
prodotte sono tutte “crude” ossia non pastorizzate e non filtrate;
questa è una condizione indispensabile per la qualità del prodotto, ed
è la garanzia che assicura al consumatore tutte le caratteristiche di un
prodotto realmente “artigianale”: il gusto pieno e la genuinità. BiRen
propone diverse varietà di birre che incontrano tutti i gusti, anche
quelli più esigenti, ma sempre e comunque senza dimenticare il perseguimento
della qualità. Non mancano di certo le soddisfazioni per
