cipalmente tramite un processo ad alta temperatura di contatto tra il laser e la
parete venosa.
DISCUSSIONE DEI RISULTATI E CONCLUSIONI:
I risultati dei trattamenti laser 808 nm endo-perivenoso sono buoni con sbiancamento
delle teleangectasie a tre mesi del 70% e a 6 mesi del 90%.
Non si sono osservate infezioni, matting o esiti cicatriziali. Tutte le pazienti
hanno dimostrato gradimento per il trattamento endo-perivenoso (le più sensibili
sono state pretrattate con sistema criogeno a contatto - cella di Peltier).
Non ci sono limiti di dosaggio come nella sclerosi chimica; unico limite tempo
operatore - paziente.
