mane indifferente di fronte allo splendore di
questa terra, che trasuda dalla roccia, dove la natura
ha dovuto lottare nei millenni per strappare
alle asperità lo spazio per gettare le sue radici.
Kayaktramp è un associazione che si occupa di
ecoturismo in Canoa e nasce con l’obiettivo di
rendere le bellezze di quest’ area accessibili a
tutti, con il mezzo che meglio lo consente e più
ne rispetta la tutela. Tra le tante escursioni proposte
da questi giovani pieni di entusiasmo e voglia
di trasmettere l’amore per la loro terra, una
in particolare merita di essere segnalata: “Punta
Pedale – Camogli, due giorni per abbracciare tutta
l’AMP di Portofino”.
Si parte alla mattina dalla sede dell’associazione
situata presso “Il Covo di Nord-Est”: un caffè e
un breve briefing durante il quale la guida illustra
il programma e fornisce le indicazioni indispensabili,
dopodiché ognuno inforca la propria
canoa e si parte! Si costeggia fino a raggiungere
la “Sedia”, un faraglione in conglomerato che
segna un importante stacco geologico tipico del
“Monte”. Proseguendo sotto la falesia che sostiene
il castello di Paraggi, si giunge all’omonima
baia. Sul Lato Sud si trova la piccola insena-

Kayaktramp is an association that does ecotourism
in canoes. It was founded with the objective of
making this beauty accessible to everyone, but by
using a means of transport that leaves no
footprints. Among the many excursions proposed by
these young people, full of enthusiasm and the
desire to transmit their love of their land, one in
particular should be pointed out, “Punta Pedale –
Camogli, two days that embrace all of the Protected
Marine Area of Portofino”.
We leave in the morning. From the headquarters of
the association, located near the famous nightclub
on the sea, “Il Covo di Nord-Est”, we drink an
espresso and listen to a brief briefing—during which
the guide illustrates the program and supplies some
indispensible indications—and then each of us
settles in his own canoe and…we’re off! We hug the
coast until we pass “The Chair”, a massive
