Low Vision…aber richtig!
Summary
In our project work we deal both the refraction viually impaired persons and the care of
these with magnifying vision aids. Also, the psychological and physiological background of
these diseases will be discussed by us. We will report to us also take a lot of time to better
meet our volunteers to work with them and to refractionate them.
Each of our volunteers receive both a psychological questionnaire and will undergo an inatensive
medical history interview. We also illuminate their daily habits and the impact of
their disease problems in everyday life. However, our subjects should not feel as a simple
test objects, but it should be our goal to create a trusting relationship between customer
and optician.
Other amenities and of course the professional adjustment and care of visually impaired
people in our focus. That is how we deal also with the aktual state of the art of the possible
tools and their application.
Especially when working with older people, both on the change of seeing the age as well as
existing diseases to respect because they have an influence on the selection of magnifying
vision aids. Some diseases include Certain care options from simply gone. Therefore, the aim
must be to identify these individual circumstances, taking out the right supply.
To ensure that our thesis is divided into the following areas:

In summary, one can say that in our thesis are the causes, the supply and the problem partially
sighted people in the foreground.
