In the opinion of Klaus-Peter Müller, one problem is that<br />
the current debates are over-emotional. Desires for revenge<br />
on managers were widespread, he said, even<br />
among politicians. “That is not helpful. We must call<br />
managers to account, and certain misdemeanours may<br />
no longer be regarded as pardonable. However, only the<br />
