Kinderfilme sehen, Kinderfilme machen!<br />
Watching children movies, making children movies!<br />
Am 3. Oktober werden in der Wiener Urania bzw. im Hotel Adagio Vienna City in<br />
Kooperation mit dem renommierten polnischen Trickfilmstudio Se-ma-for nicht<br />
nur mehrere Kurzfilme gezeigt, sondern auch drei Workshops angeboten. Insgesamt<br />
1.076 Kinder finden bei freiem Eintritt im Kino Platz, 120 weitere Kinder<br />
können kostenfrei an einem Workshop teilnehmen. Sie sehen den <strong>Film</strong> dann zwar<br />
nur auf einem TV-Gerät, können aber im Anschluss an die Vorführung unter fachkundiger<br />
Anleitung gemeinsam jeweils eine rund einminütige eigene Animation<br />
produzieren, die archiviert und später voraussichtlich auf der Website des LET’S<br />
<strong>CEE</strong> <strong>Film</strong> <strong>Festival</strong>s abzurufen sein wird. Wer (sein/e) Kind/er für einen Workshop<br />
anmelden will, möge sich per Mail an die Adresse education@letsceefilmfestival.com<br />
wenden. Die Teilnahme funktioniert auf First-Come-First-Served-Basis.<br />
Thematisch geht es an diesem Tag um Toleranz, Vielfalt und Respekt. Der<br />
Arthouse-<strong>Film</strong> Der phantastische Blumenladen und die Oscar-gekrönte Animation<br />
Peter und der Wolf kommen ohne Dialoge aus und sind damit für alle Kinder,<br />
egal welcher Muttersprache, zu verstehen. Danach folgt eine Pause von zehn<br />
Minuten und es werden vier Folgen der beliebten polnischen Serie Flapper und<br />
Freunde in polnischer Originalversion mit deutschem Voice Over gezeigt. Zielgruppe<br />
sind Kinder zwischen fünf und zehn Jahren. Einmalig: Um 11.00 Uhr werden<br />
die <strong>Film</strong>e Peter und der Wolf sowie Der phantastische Blumenladen mit einer<br />
professionell live eingesprochenen Audiodeskription versehen und ermöglichen<br />
es somit auch blinden und sehbehinderten Zuschauern den <strong>Film</strong> zu erleben.<br />

On 3rd October, at the Urania theatre and in the Hotel Adagio Vienna City, short<br />
films will be screened and three workshops will be held in cooperation with a<br />
very well-known Cartoon <strong>Film</strong> Studio from Poland, Se-ma-for. 1.076 children will<br />
be able to find join the event in the theatre free of charge, and 120 of them can<br />
take part in one of the three workshops. In the workshops, participating children<br />
will watch a movie and afterwards, under the guidance of professionals,<br />
create their own one-minute animation film, which will be saved into the archive<br />
and available for viewing on the homepage of the LET’S <strong>CEE</strong> <strong>Film</strong> <strong>Festival</strong>. For<br />

The registration follows the First-Come-First-Served principle.<br />
The main topics of this day are tolerance, diversity and respect. The art-house<br />
film The Phantastic Flower Shop and Oscar-winning animation Peter & The Wolf<br />
are without any dialogs, which makes them suitable for all children, regardless<br />
of their mother language. Afterwards, a ten-minute brake is planned followed<br />
by the screening of four episodes of the famous show from Poland - Flapper<br />
and Friends. This will be shown in the original version, with German voiceover.<br />
The target group are children in the age between five and ten. Unique: At<br />
11:00, the films Peter & The Wolf and The Phantastic Flower Shop will be screened<br />
with a live audio description for blind and visually impaired children.<br />
