In the development <strong>of</strong> LEP 2010 the<br />

R&MS requested that an area <strong>of</strong><br />

land (M2 Motorway /Vimiera Rd) be<br />

indicated for acquisition on the Land<br />

Reservation Acquisition. DoPI by<br />

letter dated 22 August 2007<br />

requested that as the land was<br />

owned by them that it be removed<br />

from the LEP 2010 Land<br />

Reservation Acquisition Map. The<br />

land was deleted from the subject<br />

map but retained as SP2 Classified<br />

Road on LEP 2010 Land Zoning<br />

Map.<br />

The land is zoned SP2 Classified<br />

Road under DLEP 2011.<br />

Recommended Action<br />

1. Land Reservation<br />

Acquisition Map be<br />

amended in line with<br />

requested RTA<br />

boundary changes<br />

and that the inclusion<br />

<strong>of</strong> land in Vimiera Rd<br />

on the Land<br />

Reservation<br />

Acquisition Map be<br />

highlighted to DoPI for<br />

their consideration.<br />

2. That DCP 2011 - 3.2<br />
