Gladesville are zoned for mixed use<br />

activities such as residential,<br />

commercial and retail and have<br />

heights and FSRs appropriate for<br />

town centres.<br />

This is a matter for consideration at<br />

DA stage <strong>of</strong> a proposal and is<br />

covered in areas <strong>of</strong> draft DCP 2011.<br />
