Presently the proposed densities for<br />

the Ivanhoe Precinct are significantly<br />

less than surrounding areas which<br />

receive floor space ratios up to 3:1<br />

and height restrictions up to 37.5<br />

metres and are inconsistent with the<br />

future character <strong>of</strong> the area. It is<br />

requested that Council consider the<br />

preparation <strong>of</strong> a Masterplan for the<br />

Ivanhoe Precinct.<br />

Supports the changes made<br />

under the draft Plan in particular<br />

rezoning to B6 for the property at<br />

The Macquarie park Task Force, has been<br />

formed to advise in the redevelopment <strong>of</strong><br />

the Ivanhoe Precinct.<br />

Comments in support <strong>of</strong> DLEP 2011<br />

amendments are noted.
