The link between Eastwood to Epping Road is under
the control of the R&MS and construction is at their

Existing land adjoining Bundara Reserve to the east is
zoned R2. All of R2 zone allows variety of residential
types and buildings of up to 9.5m in height.

relevant matrix to use at that time.
