Council resolved on 14 February 2012 to not rezone<br />

any current SP2 land to any other purpose. Foreshore<br />

building line controls and zoning <strong>of</strong> roads in<br />

accordance with DoPI requirements.<br />

The link between Eastwood to Epping Road is under<br />

the control <strong>of</strong> the R&MS and construction is at their<br />

discretion.<br />

Existing land adjoining Bundara Reserve to the east is<br />

zoned R2. All <strong>of</strong> R2 zone allows variety <strong>of</strong> residential<br />

types and buildings <strong>of</strong> up to 9.5m in height.<br />

The version <strong>of</strong> the Matrix that was available during the<br />

community comment exhibition period was the<br />

relevant matrix to use at that time.
