Building and Property outlined a<br />

process to be adopted for future<br />

acquisitions <strong>of</strong> land for open space<br />

purposes.<br />

The subject property was one <strong>of</strong> 11<br />

properties identified as being <strong>of</strong> a high<br />

priority in terms <strong>of</strong> future Council<br />

acquisition -<br />

Council on the 18 May 2010 resolved<br />

that all such properties be included in<br />

the Land Reservation Acquisition Map<br />

in the comprehensive Local<br />

Environmental Plan 2011 and marked<br />

as “Local Open Space.<br />

Council on the 21 June 2011 reviewed<br />

the properties proposed to be acquired<br />

and resolved that 8 <strong>of</strong> them be deleted<br />

from DLEP 2011 and there previous
