Under the RPSO a duplex building<br />

was defined as being 2 dwellings each<br />

<strong>of</strong> which is designed so that its front<br />

door faces a street. As a result <strong>of</strong> the<br />

definition duplex buildings were<br />

prohibited on hatchet shaped<br />

allotments.<br />
