In response to comments made:<br />
- For pr<strong>of</strong>orma letters refer to comments under<br />
speaker 21.<br />
- Changes to strata subdivision and linear separation<br />
controls were identified in 3 <strong>of</strong> the 4 DLEP public<br />
notices as well as highlighted on Council’s webpage<br />
and during information sessions.<br />
- The DLEP incorporates new controls around<br />
flooding, sustainable development and stormwater .<br />
It also focuses on maintaining development within<br />
Centres.<br />
- A comprehensive Heritage Study was undertaken in<br />
1988 and a subsequent heritage review in 2000.<br />
Draft Heritage Study 2010 which was commenced in<br />
2003 when members <strong>of</strong> the Heritage Advisory<br />
Committee sought heritage nominations from the<br />
Community groups they represent. Council on the 17<br />
August 2010 resolved to include, delete and amend<br />
a number <strong>of</strong> heritage items in draft LEP 2011.<br />
Council also resolved that it would not pursue<br />
compulsory heritage listing <strong>of</strong> any property unless
