A 20m frontage requirement does mean that based on existing subdivision patterns certain areas of Ryde will capable of being developed than others. 2. The definition of a dual occupancy development is 2 dwellings on 1 lot of land. If the land were Torrens title subdivided it would result in 1 dwelling on 1 lot of land and therefore by definition no longer be a dual occupancy development. Also a Torrens title would result in land parcels having a land area of approximately 290sqm. – such a change
