exist within the industrial areas <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Ryde</strong> and are considered a use that<br />

should be permitted with Council<br />

consent.<br />

A number <strong>of</strong> meetings have occurred<br />

between Council staff and the author<br />

<strong>of</strong> the submission and other<br />

landowners to discuss their issues and<br />

land use matters relating to the IN2<br />

zone. It is considered that proposed<br />

amendments to the IN2 land use table<br />

will address many <strong>of</strong> the concerns <strong>of</strong><br />

the submissions.<br />
