a medial centre with one practitioner –<br />
vision is to use the adjoining properties<br />
to redevelop as a health centre with 6 or<br />
more doctors.<br />

The link between Eastwood to<br />
Epping Road is under the control <strong>of</strong><br />
the R&MS and construction is at<br />
their discretion. All required land for<br />
the construction <strong>of</strong> the link would<br />
have been identified by the RTA for<br />
inclusion in the Land Reservation<br />
Acquisition Map.<br />
The development at Whiteside<br />
Avenue us under Part 3A <strong>of</strong> the<br />
EP&A Act and DoPI is the<br />
determining body.<br />
Approval was given by Council in<br />
1999 for use <strong>of</strong> the property 133<br />
Herring Rd Marsfield as a<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essional consulting room.<br />
Access to parking on the site is via<br />
Herring Road in close proximity to<br />
the intersection <strong>of</strong> Herring and<br />
Epping Roads.<br />
Adjoining properties 131 Herring Rd<br />
and 208 Epping Rd contain dwelling<br />
houses.<br />
The property opposite is presently<br />
used as a hotel and a planning<br />
proposal has been submitted for the<br />
