recommendation from the RPS 2010<br />

Introduce a control to require a<br />

minimum street frontage <strong>of</strong> 20<br />

metres for duplex developments. (P<br />

It is recommended that the control<br />

for 20m street frontage for dual<br />

occupancies be retained.<br />

Comments in support <strong>of</strong> the DLEP<br />

2011 amendments are noted.<br />
