Park Corridor – the planning<br />

provisions for the corridor and<br />

currently under review and are being<br />

considered separately to DLEP 2011.<br />

The issue raised in the submission will<br />

be considered as part <strong>of</strong> the review <strong>of</strong><br />

the existing controls in the Corridor<br />

(review <strong>of</strong> DLEP 2010 Amendment 1)<br />

this will be reported to Council later in<br />

2012/2013.<br />

The site is considered an island site<br />

being surrounded by parkland and<br />

located on Epping Road.<br />
