The subject land is zoned part B3 and<br />
part B7. Both zones permit <strong>of</strong>fice and<br />
business premises. No change to<br />
height or fsr is proposed for the land<br />
under the draft LEP.<br />
Council resolved on 14 February 2012<br />
that an amended s65 Certificate be<br />
requested from DoPI that does not<br />
rezone any current SP2 land to any<br />
other purpose. This request was<br />
supported by DoPI.<br />
Based on the Council the rezoning <strong>of</strong><br />
the land to R2 is not supported.
