ExECuTIvE SummARy Main Message 4 A transformational development agenda is essential for this vision. a stronger emphasis on promoting structural transformation and particularly job creation will be crucial to foster sustainable economic and social development. this may entail a fundamental reconsideration of the current development paradigm to ensure greater coherence of global action. a transformational agenda will require a greater emphasis on processes and transition paths.
