An <strong>export</strong> permit or licence is required<br />

for <strong>the</strong> <strong>export</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> categories <strong>of</strong> <strong>cultural</strong><br />

<strong>goods</strong> listed in <strong>the</strong> Annex <strong>to</strong> Council Regulation<br />

3911/92, with <strong>the</strong> following specification:<br />

any object belonging <strong>to</strong> one <strong>of</strong> those<br />

categories, if over 50 years old <strong>and</strong> valued<br />

over 300 Lats needs an <strong>export</strong> licence for<br />

its <strong>export</strong> abroad. For <strong>cultural</strong> objects in categories<br />

A1, 2, 8 <strong>and</strong> 11 <strong>the</strong> <strong>export</strong> licence<br />

must be obtained regardless <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir value.<br />
