Ano<strong>the</strong>r two agencies, <strong>the</strong> Federal Culture <strong>and</strong> Cinema<strong>to</strong>graphy Agency, or Roskultura<br />
(http://www.rosculture.ru), <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Federal Archives Agency, or Rosarkhiv (http://www.<br />
rusarchives.ru), both under <strong>the</strong> control <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Ministry <strong>of</strong> Culture <strong>and</strong> Mass Communications,<br />

The Federal Cus<strong>to</strong>ms Service, or FTS (http://www.cus<strong>to</strong>ms.ru), is in charge <strong>of</strong> cus<strong>to</strong>ms procedures<br />
(cus<strong>to</strong>ms control <strong>of</strong> merch<strong>and</strong>ises, including <strong>cultural</strong> <strong>goods</strong>, coming in<strong>to</strong> <strong>and</strong> going<br />
out <strong>of</strong> <strong>Russia</strong>) <strong>and</strong> exercises special powers <strong>to</strong> fight illicit trafficking in <strong>cultural</strong> <strong>goods</strong>.<br />

Yes, you will always need an authorisation from Rossvyazokhrankultura or one <strong>of</strong> its terri<strong>to</strong>rial<br />
<strong>of</strong>fices <strong>to</strong> <strong>export</strong> your <strong>cultural</strong> good from <strong>Russia</strong>. The authorisation is formalised in<br />
