The fi lm was projected at the St Petersburg Kinodance fi lm festival in 2006. Ultima Vez has toured to Moscow
three times with performances at the Taganka Theatre in 1990, in the Chekhov Festival in 1998 and the Festival
of Contemporary Dance in 2001. While in Moscow in 2001, Ultima Vez organised an audition, during which Wim

Belgium is currently in the process of ratifying the UNESCO Convention of 1970. It is expected
to be ratified by Belgium in late 2007.
Who is responsible for implementing these regulations?
One should distinguish between the general Customs regulations on the export and expedition
of goods and the regulations on the protection and export of cultural goods, as
issued by the cultural authorities.
Both regulations must be respected when exporting cultural goods from Belgium. The
‘cultural export licences’ do not replace permits issued by Customs and vice versa.
