Main Board Tab for iSTAR Classic & iSTAR ProMain Board Tab for iSTAR Classic & iSTAR ProConfiguring the Main BoardThe Main Board tab in the Controller dialog box lets you define the WyrelessAccess PIM-485 third party device, the output on the GCM, RM LCDmessages for the controller, and the following inputs on the GCM:• Tamper input activates when the controller cabinet is opened orremoved from its mounting surface.• AC power fail input monitors the AC power failure output of a batterybackup unit, such as the Advanced Power System (apS). When this alarminput activates, it specifies that the GCM has lost its primary powersource, and is operating on batteries.• Low battery input activates when the emergency battery is running lowon power.To Configure the Main Board1.
