3-98 ENGINE• Install the gasket 4 and cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt5.NOTE:Click sound is heard when the cam chain tension adjuster capbolt is installed.• Tighten the cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt to the specifiedtorque. Cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)After installing the cam chain tension adjuster, checkto be sure that the adjuster works properly by checkingthe slack of cam chain.• Cut the wire clamps 6.• After installing the cam chain tension adjuster, rotate thecrankshaft (some turns), and recheck the positions of thecamshafts.
