This article aimed to summarizethe current research progress about tissue culture technical system of gramineous pasture, triedto help overcoming this difficulty. The choosing of explants, pretreatment of explants, inductionof callus, redifferentiation of callus and root induction of adventitious buds was summarizedrespectively as the five aspects about current tissue culture technical system of gramineouspasture in this article.
