As regards to ongoing investments in physical infrastructure, these Are<br />

limited to the reconstruction of facilities damaged by the 1986 earthquake.<br />

These programs are being financed by USAID, KFW, EC, Holland, and France.<br />

NOTE: As stated above, no work has been planned in the conflictive zones by<br />

the Ministry of Health prior to preparation of the National Recovery Plan.<br />

Therefore, all costs in the National Recovery Plan are in addition to those<br />

shown in the list of Investment priorities: $17.7 million.
