Positionnement
— Le romiplostim est une protéine
produite par génie génétique qui agit
comme agoniste de la thrombopoïétine,
une hormone stimulant la production
de plaquettes.
— L’eltrombopag se fixe aux récepteurs
de la thrombopoïétine et stimule
la production de plaquettes.
Indications
— Purpura thrombopénique auto-immun
idiopathique réfractaire aux autres
traitements.

2.3.3. MEDICAMENTS DE LA NEU-
TROPENIE
Positionnement
— Ces facteurs (Granulocyte colonystimulating
factors, G-CSF) sont utilisés
pour combattre la neutropénie
induite par un traitement cytostatique
ou immunosuppresseur, mais aussi
dans certains cas de neutropénie
idiopathique ou congénitale, et dans
la transplantation de moelle osseuse.
L’objectif est de limiter le risque et la
durée des infections en augmentant le
nombre de neutrophiles.
— Le plérixafor est un immunostimulant
utilisé en association avec les G-
CSF.
Effets indésirables
— Douleurs musculaires et squelettiques.
— Dysurie.
— Réactions au niveau du site d’injection.
— Réactions d’hypersensibilité.
