A melhoria apresenta<strong>da</strong> após a <strong>implementação</strong> do GMS/BPD, no que se refere a<<strong>br</strong> />

Near Miss, prevenção de acidentes, passou a ser a razão de 79,4% de redução do<<strong>br</strong> />

número de acidentes (NA), conforme demonstrado <strong>na</strong> Figura 18. Com a utilização<<strong>br</strong> />

dessa importante ferramenta preventiva, percebeu-se claramente a evolução entre os<<strong>br</strong> />

dois períodos, <strong>com</strong> o alcance de 98,8% de melhoria e participação de to<strong>da</strong> a liderança<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>com</strong>prometi<strong>da</strong> <strong>com</strong> a segurança e bem estar de seus empregados. A maior dispersão<<strong>br</strong> />

observa<strong>da</strong> após a <strong>implementação</strong> do GMS/BPD, a partir do mês de a<strong>br</strong>il de 2003,<<strong>br</strong> />

deve-se ao fato de uma maior participação <strong>na</strong> emissão de Near Misses.
