Damals wie heute Der Bergsommer ist da. Dort, wo im Winter passionierte Skisportler ihre Schwünge ziehen, zeigen sich nun blühende Wiesen von ihrer schönsten Seite. Langläufer im Zugertal wandeln sich zu Golfspielern, die auf Österreichs höchstem Platz abschlagen und E-Biker erkunden die einzigartige Natur dort, wo noch vor wenigen Monaten meterhoch Schnee lag. Wenn man beim diesjährigen Stammgästetreffen treue Urlauber dazu befragen würde, wäre die Antwort womöglich: „Vor 30 Jahren war das alles noch eine Vision!“ Heute bietet die Arlbergdestination im Sommer neben abwechslungsreichen Sportmöglichkeiten auch einige hochkarätige Kulturveranstaltungen: Angefangen vom traditionellen Arlberger Musikfest bis hin zum renommierten Philosophicum. Bei all den Veränderungen ist Lech Zürs jedoch immer seiner Identität treu geblieben und wird auch in Zukunft ein Refugium für private „luxury moments“ sein.

course <strong>Lech</strong>/Zug is looking forward to a new season.<br />
The 19-hectare playing field is ideal for both, beginners<br />
and pros, the perfect place to tee off in front of<br />
a wonderful mountainous backdrop. On Austria’s<br />
highest-situated course passionate golfers can look<br />
forward to exciting tournaments in 2017. <strong>La</strong> <strong>Loupe</strong><br />
picked out three highlights of the summer!<br />
Arlberg Classic Golf Cup<br />
For the first time within the framework of the Classic Car Rally golfers<br />
can now prove their skills, too, during the tournament on June<br />
27. Guests, locals and hotel owners fight for victory over the 9 holes –<br />
the Golf Cup is carried out as a Stableford over 9 holes, participation<br />
in the Arlberg Classic Car Rally is not a must. The halfway meal for<br />
players takes place at the idyllic Holz, Eisen & Butter Bistro at the<br />
Clubhouse.<br />
3rd <strong>Lech</strong> Golf Cup<br />
At the <strong>Lech</strong> Golf Cup on September 2nd, 2017, locals and businesses<br />
from <strong>Lech</strong> <strong>Zürs</strong> play with their guests. The winners can look forward<br />
to great vouchers and an engraved challenge cup that will be exhibited<br />
in the winning business until the next Golf Cup. Each team<br />
is made up of three people: one representative of the business and<br />
two guests. The framework programme includes a reception at the<br />
Clubhouse as well as a gala evening and award ceremony. The game<br />
form is Texas Scramble over 9 holes.<br />
Best of the Alps Cup<br />
On Saturday, September 16, 2017 the game is on once more: the<br />
second Best of the Alps golf tournament takes place in <strong>Lech</strong>. The<br />
new course on the Arlberg now is a proud member of the tradition-steeped<br />
courses in the alpine region and it provides unique golf<br />
fun. The tournament is an 18-hole stableford game. The Cup takes<br />
place for the 7th time and meanwhile it’s been hosted by ten out of<br />
